CFO Projects - Every growing organization has different needs. We have experienced finance leaders who can help whether it's managing your board, supporting your annual audit, reviewing your tax filing or integrating new financial tools. 

Step 1: Choose Controller and/or FP&A service

  • Oversee monthly close

  • Accurate & timely financial reports

  • Oversee bookkeeper

  • Monthly review meeting

  • Leadership/Board reporting

  • Review, establish & maintain financial policies & procedures

  • Review & implement chart of account changes

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Develop custom 1-3 year forecast for your organization

  • Cash flow planning

  • Ownership of annual budget process

  • Monthly review meeting

  • Leadership/Board reporting

  • Prep grant budgets
